Our Story
Peter Dousman, Owner & Operator
Peter Dousman, originally from the Midwest, discovered his love for keeping vehicles in pristine condition at a young age. What started as a small effort to care for his own car turned into a hobby of detailing vehicles for friends and neighbors, gradually growing into a small community business during his high school years. Summers spent honing his craft further deepened his skills and passion, even as he pursued a degree in Biology in college.
After graduation, Peter embarked on a diverse professional path. He spent ten years working as a futures trader in Europe and the United States, including time in Ireland, where his grandfather, also named Peter, was born and raised. Peter credits much of his inspiration for auto care to his grandfather, who instilled in him the value of doing things the right way. Some of Peter’s fondest memories include detailing his grandfather’s car and hearing his advice: "If you’re going to do it, do it right."
Over the last 15 years, Peter transitioned into a successful career as an accounting and finance recruiter. However, his entrepreneurial spirit and a deep-seated passion for cars remained constant. Realizing he wanted to pursue work that combined his skills with his personal interests, Peter made the decision to return to auto detailing. In November 2024, he founded Pristine Peaks Mobile Detailing, committed to providing exceptional service and building meaningful relationships with customers throughout the Denver metro area. Peter approaches every vehicle with care, ensuring it looks and feels as good as new.
